All double-glazed windows have a mirror effect, filtering out excess sunlight and protecting you from prying eyes. All windows are fitted with roller shutters and mosquito nets.

The house is equipped with internet, video surveillance, motion and smoke detectors.

On the first floor in the living room there is a wood-burning stove-fireplace. Its output is sufficient to heat the first floor. In addition, electric Devi underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.

The main beach of this area, Veliki Pijesak, is a three-minute walk away. There are also cafes, restaurants, a SPA center, and a gym. A five-minute walk uphill brings you to the large Voli supermarket with a full range of groceries and a bus stop. The city of Bar is 7 kilometers away. The city of Ulcinj and the 13-kilometer sandy beach of Velika Plaža are a 20-minute drive away.
