For an uninterrupted supply of hot water, 2,000-liter tanks have been installed in the utility area of the building, heated by solar panels, which also significantly reduces electricity costs.
The floor in the apartment is covered with exclusive walnut parquet in an elegant dark brown color, which will last forever.
All equipment: washing machine, stove, oven — from leading German manufacturers Miele and Siemens. The kitchen and wardrobe were custom-made by Doding.
