We are selling an established business – winery Sremski Karovci
The winery itself does not own a vineyard in the physical sense.
Grapes are purchased, processed, and stored in two cellars. Recipe transfer is possible.
This is a family winery which specializes in the restoration of the process of making famous and sought-after wines from Sremski Karlovci from Sveta Fruška Gora.
Within the winery there are two cellars from the 18th century (Sremski Karlovci) and the largest private Wine Archive with optimal conditions for aging and nurturing wines.
The cellars are first-class, and for their use, 1000 euros is paid (to the city) annually for the exclusive right of use. They cannot be alienated.
Also included in the price are 15000 liters of wine. They are sold in 0.5-liter bottles at a price of 30 euros. The wines are sold as special business gifts and are exclusively sold in wine shops, to associates, companies, and cannot be purchased in retail stores.
All beverages are made according to old recipes left as a legacy by a prominent educator and winemaker .... with the application of modern enology experiences.
Besides the favorite Karlovci Bermet, there are two more unique dessert wines on offer....
