The farm is located in the vicinity of the municipality of Boljevac, in the village of Sumrakovac, with an excellent infrastructure network and an asphalted access road to the farm throughout the entire perimeter. The farm has raised 150,000 chickens with complete equipment and 150 sheep.

Among the facilities located on the plot are:
1. The administrative building has an office, three rooms, three bathrooms, and a kitchen;
2. 6 halls, 5 of which are move-in ready. The halls are equipped with automated feeding technology and nipple drinking systems for animals. Shafts for power supply (five cooling units) are installed in each hall. Foundations for silos have been poured in front of each hall. PVC joinery is installed in each hall;

The farm owns a transformer station, as well as an artesian well at a depth of 150m, and a room with a water barrel.

An excellent access for trucks has been made (loading and unloading) with a digital truck scale (60 tons).
