In the immediate vicinity of the planned ski center "Golija", we have on offer a land plot of 19.15 ari under forest!!! There are interested parties for felling and purchase of timber, which is particularly suitable for preparing the land plot for eventual construction, as the start of construction of the ski resort is planned for 2026.
Ski center Golija with an access road, at this moment 235 parking spaces for passenger cars have been built and marked. The detailed regulation plan for Ski center "Golija" regulates an area of 262.67 hectares within the zone of the planned ski resort and part of the tourist complex Odvraćenica on Mount Golija. Two ski slopes (lengths 1,450 and 1,600 m) and one for night skiing, two ski lifts (six-seater and four-seater), as well as connecting ski paths to the starting and exit stations of the ski lift.
For skiing enthusiasts, we note that on Golija the skiing season lasts the longest.
The function of road "S1" is to connect the Golijska reka - Odvraćenica road with the parking within the ski center complex. The length of the road from the intersection with the mentioned road to the intersection with the planned road "S3" is 587 meters.
Road "S1" is designed for two-way traffic. It will consist of two lanes, each 3 meters wide. Double-sided pedestrian paths, 1.5 meters wide, are also foreseen.
Besides this land plot, we have 3 more land plots (under forest!) with a total area of 580.12 ari in the immediate vicinity of the planned ski resort at a price of 3,500-4,000€/ar with the possibility of subdivision (each land plot is separately marked on the sketches), and one land plot of 57 ari in the best location of the ski resort (between the day and night ski slopes) (12,000€/ar) for hotel construction. It can freely be called "Konaci na Goliji".
