Grocka is a small village in the eastern part of Belgrade, on the banks of the Danube with about 9000 inhabitants. The village is adorned with the main street with shops, stores, and a small administrative center. In the center, there is a pedestrian zone called Gročanska čaršija where many tourist events are held. Along the Danube, there are three-weekend settlements where Belgraders rest from the city crowds and noise. Numerous historical sites on the banks of the Danube from the period of Antucki Rome and several clock towers and fortifications testify to the turbulent history of the settlement. Given the proximity of Belgrade, real estate prices are very affordable whether you are interested in apartments, houses, cottages, or business premises
