The hall is located 3 km from the highway, 10 km (min. drive) from the strict city center.

The current construction phase is shown in the pictures, and there is a possibility of accelerated completion of works and adaptation to the tenant's purpose.

The area of the hall is 800m2 + office space on 2 floors with a total area of 420m2.

The hall is built to last with maximum utilization of every square meter.

The panels are Kingspan 100 mm, which is otherwise used for cold storage halls and cold rooms as insulation; the carpentry is 5-chamber aluminum of high quality.

The floor, i.e., the concrete slab, is intended for full-height shelving, is 20 cm thick, reinforced, and with added steel stars for floor reinforcement.

The width and height of the hall are designed to ideally accommodate shelving structures and allow forklift movement with 100% space utilization.

There are two cargo entrances on opposite sides of the building, so that manipulation and loading, as well as the passage of a semi-trailer truck through the hall, are enabled.

The space in front and behind the hall is left so that a semi-trailer truck can turn around in the courtyard with one maneuver.

The total area of the land plot belonging to the building is 4000 square meters, which can be extended.

There is a well 47m deep, and the connection to electricity is contracted with the electricity distribution company.
