BOX nekretnine offers five offices, of various sizes, in the basement of a residential-commercial building in the very center of the city. They are rented separately or together. Each, according to its size, comes with its own price, which is available upon request. Each of the offices has the right to use a shared toilet.

Office 2, 13m2, 130 evra,
Office 3, 8m2, 100 evra,
Office 4, 13m2, 130 evra,
Office 5, 12m2, 120 evra.

The offices are rented for a longer period, a minimum of 6 months.

The agency commission is 50% of the rental price and is paid once.

Mandatory deposit in the amount of one rent two rents.

Agency BOX nekretnine is registered in the Register of Intermediaries under number: 1557.

Before viewing the property, we are obliged to obtain a photocopy of the client's ID card, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism - Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 6. We ask clients for understanding in this regard, bearing in mind that if we do not establish the client's identity, we may bear legal consequences from the market inspection. Also, according to the Law on Intermediation, we are obliged to conclude an Intermediation Agreement with clients.
