Two large apartments, each 90m2, are rented out on the ground floor.

The accommodation is fully equipped for construction workers and all other workers.

Both domestic and foreign citizens can move in.

Each apartment has 10 beds.

The layout is 7 beds in the large room and 3 beds in the living room.

The minimum for rent is 7 workers per apartment.

The total capacity for both apartments is from 14 to 20 people.

The apartments have a kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator, TV, and a washing machine.

Complete bedding is also provided for all people.

Each apartment has its own separate internet and router.

The bus station is nearby and the connection to the city is excellent.

The apartments do not have air conditioning, but it is naturally extremely cool and pleasant inside. When it's 35 degrees outside, the temperature inside is ideal.

Cleaning and linen change can be arranged 2 times a month.

Payment can be in cash or via bank transfer for companies.

Proper residency registration is provided for all workers.

The rental period is preferably 12 months, but can also be for 6 months. Utilities for electricity, gas, water, and internet are paid according to consumption.

Any agreement is possible.
