The apartment consists of an entrance hallway, a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, one of which opens onto a terrace, and two bathrooms.

The apartment is rented out fully furnished, for a period of one year. The heating in the apartment is central, and additionally it has an air conditioning unit.

The agency commission is 50% of the rental price.

A deposit is mandatory in the amount of one month's rent.

Before viewing the property, we are obliged to obtain a photocopy of the client's ID card, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism - Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 6. We ask clients for understanding in this regard, bearing in mind that if we do not establish the client's identity, we may face legal consequences from the market inspection. Also, according to the Law on Mediation, we are obliged to conclude a Mediation Agreement with clients.
