It consists of an entrance area, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and a terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture and appliances. There is a possibility of additional payment for a parking space in the building's courtyard at a price of 50 euros per month.

Heating in the apartment is central with calorimeters.

It is rented for a period of minimum 12 months.

The agency commission is 50% of the rental price. A deposit equal to one month's rent is mandatory.

Before viewing the property, we are obliged to obtain a photocopy of the client's ID card from the client, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism - Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 6. We ask clients for understanding in this regard, bearing in mind that if we do not establish the client's identity, we may bear legal consequences from the market inspection. Also, in accordance with the Law on Mediation, we are obliged to conclude a Mediation Agreement with clients.
