BOX nekretnine offers an apartment of one-and-a-half-room structure in the prestigious Planet Residance complex, on the 11th floor of the building, with a beautiful view of its own park. It consists of an entrance area, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and a terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture and appliances and has not been rented out until now. It is rented for a minimum period of 12 months. Included in the price is a parking space in the underground garage. There is an option to rent without a parking space, with a price reduction.

NOTE: the apartment is not rented to students, large families, and is not pet friendly.

Heating in the apartment is central. There are also two inverter air conditioners for cooling and heating the apartment.

The agency commission is 50% of the rental price. A deposit equivalent to one rent is mandatory.

Before viewing the property, we are obliged to obtain a photocopy of the client's ID card, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism - Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 6. We ask clients for understanding in this regard, bearing in mind that if we do not establish the client's identity, we may bear legal consequences from the market inspection. Also, according to the Law on Mediation, we are obliged to conclude a Mediation Agreement with clients.
