The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building with an elevator.

The apartment consists of an entrance area, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a terrace. Heating in the apartment is central heating (per-apartment) via electricity, which keeps the costs low.

The apartment is rented for a longer period, with the signing of a contract, for a minimum period of six months. Pets are allowed.

The agency commission is 50% of the rental price. A deposit equal to one month's rent is mandatory.
