Before viewing the property, we are obliged to obtain a photocopy of the client's ID card, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing - Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 6. Also, according to the Law on Brokerage, we are obliged to conclude a Brokerage Agreement with clients.
