Furnished apartment in Nish for rent (in a house, with a separate entrance from the yard) near the Nish Cultural Center (which is about 15 minutes of walk from the main city square or maybe 10 minutes if someone is in a hurry), about 35m² large. . . one large room (as a living room with a dining room), one smaller room (as a bedroom), a kitchen (separate from other rooms. . . stove, fridge, double sink, large table. . . ), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. . . there's a fenced yard in front and you can sit outside when the weather is nice and dry laundry in the yard. . . the flooring in all rooms are ceramic tiles. . . walls have styrofoam insulation. . . aluminum windows and aluminum entrance door with double glass. . . You don't have to pay extra for WiFi (there is currently cable TV too, although the contract expires in late February, so if some tenant stays longer we can talk about what that tenant prefers). . . Two supermarkets (Idea and Ika) and a large Lilly store/pharmacy are less than a minute of walk from the house (there are also male and female hair salons and kiosks that sell eggs and other things near by) and a vegetable market, fish store and some other supermarkets (Leon, As, Linex, Čičo Ričo, Vik... etc) are a few minutes of walk from the house, so someone could save on various groceries since some items can be drastically cheaper in another supermarket.
