We are renting a luxury furnished three-room apartment with an area of 72 m2, in a quiet and green part of Dedinja, on Mihaila Avramovića street. The apartment is bright, nicely decorated and has a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. Monthly utilities are very low and amount to approximately 12 EUR. The heating is central heating (per-apartment) and you pay around 80 euros in winter together with electricity, which is not much compared to any other type of heating.

The apartment is located in an extremely calm and quiet part of Dedinja, surrounded by greenery, the air is extremely clean, which is a rarity for a city, and it has good connectivity with other parts of the city.

The apartment is rented exclusively for a longer period of time. The apartment is intended for non-smokers and without pets.

The rental price is 1,100 EUR per month.

Payment method: rent + deposit + agency commission. Agency commission 50%
