Two apartments, each 180m2, are for rent in a family house near Zvezdin stadium. They are located on the first floor, and each has two levels. The apartments are connected by a hallway, although they can be used separately. The total area of the apartments is 360m2 (180m2 each separately). Each apartment consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, and terrace. On the second level, there are three bedrooms each, a bathroom, a terrace, with one of the apartments on that level having a storage room. The apartments are unfurnished, heating is gas-fired. Electricity and utility fees are paid separately per apartment. Legal entities have priority in rental, but they can also be rented to natural persons. Use of the courtyard, basement, and garage is included in the price. Agency commission 50%.
