The floor consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, an additional room (without a door) and a large loggia with a beautiful view of the sea. 

The floor is fully furnished, as you can see in the photo. 

The kitchen is located on the first floor and is equipped with all the necessary equipment for comfortable living: a stove, a microwave, 2 refrigerators, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a clothes dryer. Also on the first floor there is another bathroom, where there is a washing machine. The main and basic rule in the kitchen is to maintain cleanliness after yourself, and take out the trash from time to time. 

Several more people live on other floors of this house, but they are all extremely quiet and lead a fairly autonomous lifestyle, so it is quite possible to go a day or even several without meeting or hearing any of them.
