I am renting out a 41 m² studio apartment on the second floor of the SOHO CITY complex. The building is located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and 300 meters from the sea. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and a small room with closets; it also features a terrace. It comes fully furnished and equipped with all essentials, including a dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, washing machine, air conditioning, and an additional sofa bed. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is available for year-round rental at a price of €450 per month plus utilities. Payment terms require the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent, and a security deposit. If rented only for the three summer months, the price for that period is €4,000.
