Estitor

How Estitor works, step by step

Every flow on the platform, shown the way you see it in the app: what to open, where to click and what happens next. Pick the part you need.

For users

Everything you need as a buyer, tenant or owner advertising your own property. Searching needs no account; saving listings, alerts and posting listings do.

1

Signing up and logging in

An account takes a minute. As a private person, choose Individual.

Step 1/4: Open sign-up

Step 2/4: Fill in your details

Step 3/4: Confirm your email

Step 4/4: Log in

3

Contacting an advertiser

Every listing has an advertiser card. Use whichever channel suits you.

Step 1/4: Pick a channel

Step 2/4: Send a message

Step 3/4: Write on WhatsApp

Step 4/4: Call the advertiser

4

Posting a listing

A guided form walks you through the listing. Unfinished listings are kept, so you can continue later.

Step 1/5: Start the form

Step 2/5: Add photos

Step 3/5: Review the listing

Step 4/5: Pick a package and publish

Step 5/5: Track the status

5

My listings and inquiries

Manage all your listings and every buyer inquiry from one place.

Step 1/3: Manage listings

Step 2/3: Track results

Step 3/3: Answer inquiries

6

Premium packages for individuals

A Premium package puts your listing ahead of others in search and adds a Premium badge. Packages are bought per listing and renew weekly.

Step 1/4: Pick a listing

Step 2/4: Choose a package

Step 3/4: Pay by card

Step 4/4: Manage packages

7

From private person to agency

There are two ways: join an existing agency by invitation, or set up your own agency.

Step 1/3: Receive an invitation

Step 2/3: Accept it

Step 3/3: You're an agent

For agencies

An agency on Estitor is a team: administrators run the agency, agents run their own listings, and listings are promoted from a shared budget with pay-per-click bidding.

8

Registering an agency

Whoever registers the agency becomes its administrator.

Step 1/3: Choose Agency

Step 2/3: Confirm your email

Step 3/3: You're the administrator

9

Agency profile

Profile details appear on the agency's public page and on listing cards.

Step 1/3: Edit the basics

Step 2/3: Add contacts

Step 3/3: Your public agency page

10

Inviting agents

Agents are never added automatically: the administrator sends an invitation and the user accepts it.

Step 1/5: Open Managing Agents

Step 2/5: Send the invitation

Step 3/5: Waiting for an answer

Step 4/5: The agent accepts

Step 5/5: The agent is on the team

11

Roles and removing agents

An agency can have several administrators. There must always be at least one.

Step 1/3: Change a role

Step 2/3: Remove an agent

Step 3/3: What happens to the listings

12

Budget and top-ups

Promotion is paid from a budget. The agency has a shared budget, and an agent may also have a personal balance left from before joining.

Step 1/4: Top up

Step 2/4: Money goes to the agency budget

Step 3/4: Spending order

Step 4/4: Low-balance warning

13

Promoting listings by bidding

Agencies promote listings by bidding: you set how much you pay per click, and a higher bid means a better position and more channels showing the listing.

Step 1/4: Promote a listing

Step 2/4: Adjust the amount

Step 3/4: Bid on all listings at once

Step 4/4: Confirm

14

Agency subscription

Agency listings stay visible while the subscription is active. The administrator starts and manages it.

Step 1/2: Choose a period

Step 2/2: Save a card

15

Reports and inquiries

Reports show what brings inquiries in, and Inquiries gathers every buyer contact in one place.

Step 1/3: See the results

Step 2/3: By agent and location

Step 3/3: Answer inquiries

Automatic listing import: XML or API

If you already manage listings in your CRM or on your website, you don't have to enter them by hand. There are two ways to send them to Estitor automatically.

XML integration by our team

Send us a link to the XML (or other) feed with your listings and our team sets up a regular import. No developer needed.

  • Works with the feed your CRM or website already produces.
  • Listings update regularly from the feed, with no manual entry.
  • We handle mapping of fields, locations and property types.
  • Get in touch with your agency name and the feed link.

Estitor API for your developers

If you have your own tech team, send listings straight through the Estitor API: create, update, delete and change status.

  • The API Integration page is open to every agency member.
  • Keys are personal: a listing sent with your keys is recorded under your name.
  • Full documentation (endpoints, validation rules, errors) is on the page itself.

API: from keys to your first listing

The API needs a Client ID and a Client Secret. You exchange them for a token and send the token with every call.

Step 1/5: Activate the API

Step 2/5: Save the Client Secret

Step 3/5: Get a token

Step 4/5: Send listings

Step 5/5: Replace keys when needed
