Property owners (individuals) can post up to 5 listings for free (active + paused) and showcase their apartments, houses, or plots of land to the portal's wide audience. If you are a real estate agency or an investor, publishing listings on the portal is available with a monthly membership fee of 100.00 EUR +VAT — regardless of the number of listings you wish to post. As a registered agency, you gain additional benefits — greater reach, advanced promotion options, and full support from the Estitor team.

Estitor offers the option to feature listings on a "pay per click" basis.
Depending on the price you set "per click", the visibility of your listings and their position will increase both on the Estitor portal and on search engines, social networks and electronic media. The "price per click" is the price you set to pay for opening your listing by potential buyers and it is deducted from your deposit balance.

For agencies that become our verified partners, we approve an additional 10% bonus on every payment for premium listings. To become a verified partner, you need to add the appropriate Estitor HTML segment to your website. Your listings will be marked with a special verified user badge. This also helps Estitor and your listings achieve greater visibility on web search engines like Google.
