I am renting a modern one-bedroom apartment of 46m2 with a sea view in the Celuga neighborhood in Bar. The apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living room with a kitchen/dining room and a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, the sea and the sunset. The apartment is new and modernly furnished as in the pictures and no one has ever lived in it, so you would be the first. The appliances include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is rented out throughout the year and the price is 450 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent, the last rent plus a deposit.
