The provisions of the PUP Podgorica apply to the plot. The Spatial Plan of Podgorica foresees agricultural activity on the land with the possibility of building a commercial and residential building of 250 m2 on a plot of over 2.500 m2.

Important! On the plot there is an old building with an area of 100 m2 (ground floor with an extension), which makes the building legal, as it was built in 1965 (recently confirmed by a decision of the competent ministry). It can be used as a legal basis for the construction of a new building (100+100 m2) by reconstructing the existing one. The property has a water supply and electricity network.

The plot belongs to the bank of the Zeta river for a length of 65 meters, with all rights in accordance with the Law on Waters.
