Sale, land lot, 1550m², Bar, Crna Gora

I am selling a plot of land in Stari Bar of 1550m2. The plot is located near the walls of the old town and has a beautiful view. There is also a ruin of an old house of 76m2 on the plot that can be built on, and there are also a few olive tree roots.
