Two olive trees older than 200 years are on the land plot and included with the land.

Currently, it is possible to reach the land plot with a tractor or an off-road vehicle.
Part of the road is marked in red (see picture) and the location of the land plot.
It is very easy to make that part of the road suitable for a passenger vehicle. The total length is about 300 meters, perhaps.

The well-known Argela Farm is marked in yellow.
There is also the Međureč River Canyon, a hidden gem of Rumije mountain. Just a few hundred meters from the land plot is the picturesque canyon – a masterpiece. A canyon integrated into steep cliffs, that wild beauty offering a magnificent view. Excellent place for a weekend house.
