Two vacation homes are for sale in the ski center of Montenegro, in Durmitor National Park, an area of small lakes under UNESCO protection, 140 km north of the capital city Podgorica.

The vacation homes are located in the settlement Moticki Gaj, within a tourist complex with 10 houses, which are surrounded by a shared fence, with a private transformer station and internal parking. The Savin Kuk Ski Center (2213 m) is only 900 meters away, and the nearest town, Žabljak, is 2 km away. Žabljak has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, sports equipment shops, a bank, and a post office. Savin Kuk Ski Center provides all services related to winter sports, including skiing and snowboarding lessons, as well as equipment rental.

The skiing season lasts from December to March, and the surrounding area offers beautiful views of mountains and valleys. Visitors can visit popular places such as Crno jezero, the Tara River with its canyon (the deepest in Europe), and Bobotov Kuk peak.

Each vacation home has a total area of 200 m2 and is built with quality materials, featuring excellent thermal insulation. The external walls feature double insulation, and each house has individual heating via pellet fireplaces with a built-in heat exchanger and backup heating (electric water heater).

On the first floor there is an entrance with a glass door, a hallway, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with furniture and built-in appliances, as well as a storage room.

On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with private bathrooms and "French" balconies. One of the bedrooms has a glass loggia with a coffee table and armchairs. The rooms are fully furnished.

The third floor is a space that can be used as a gym, library, playroom, etc. Each vacation home is designed to accommodate 2-3 families or 8 adults. The first vacation home has its own parking space.
