The house was built in the sixties. A project for complete adaptation and reconstruction and repurposing the family house into 4 separate apartments (from 50 m2 to 70 m2) with a total area of 377 m2 has been completed.
For this project, consent was obtained from the chief city architect, and utility fees have been paid. Adaptation and reconstruction works can begin immediately after the registration of works.
In the second phase, it is possible to add two more apartments in the attic, which would result in a total of 6 separate units.
According to the urban plan, a boulevard is foreseen in front of the land plot, which would result in the expropriation of 70m2 from the land plot for that purpose, with compensation of 35.000 eur to be received by the land plot owner. The project already foresees the reduction of the land plot, so it has no impact on the planned reconstruction.
