We have on offer a beautiful modern villa with a pool that we are building in Tivat, in the Mrcevac neighborhood next to the "Tivat Hill" complex.

All permits have been obtained for the facility, and construction has also been reported to the competent Ministry.

The facility is currently under construction, the completion of the works is planned by the end of 2024.

The area of the plot on which the building is located is 474 m2, while the total gross floor area of the building itself with the garage is 250 m2.

The house will consist of 4 bedrooms with terraces, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, large living room with access to a terrace with an infinity pool and a spectacular view of the Tivat Bay. The building also has a garage with 2 parking spaces.

The villa will be built from high-quality materials, with high-quality construction followed by a renowned contractor.

The villa will have underfloor heating as well as a connection for a central water heater.

If a client is interested while the construction process is in progress, it is possible to make changes in terms of the quality of interior materials, carpentry, sanitary ware, etc.

The property is sold unfurnished, but it is possible to equip it with furniture for an additional fee.

The images are renderings of the exterior of the building for the project, as well as a proposal for interior design so that potential buyers can create a slightly more realistic picture of the building.

We are at your disposal for all possible questions and if it is necessary to send you the entire project of the villa.
