The Vezir's Bridge is located on the Morača River, built in the 16th century by Mehmed Pasha Sokolović. The bridge was completely demolished during World War II and then rebuilt. Although its name was changed, it remained popularly known as the Vizier's Bridge. The location of the bridge on the river Morača and the proximity of the city center proved to be excellent for the construction of new residential buildings.
