In addition to the necessary appliances from leading global companies, the kitchen also includes a wine cabinet. All furniture is Italian; no one has lived in it.

Plaster is used for humid climates, with additional ventilation. All rooms, including ancillary ones, are equipped with floor heating, as well as a supply and exhaust ventilation system with recuperators.
