Only 24 apartments — a deliberate decision. The building occupies 700 m2, which is 35 % of the plot. The remaining 1,300 m2 are the courtyard, the orchard, the pool, the playground and the seating areas. 65 % of the land is left for living rather than building.

Three principles that set the project apart: density — 24 apartments instead of the maximum the plot allows; engineering — systems chosen so that running costs stay predictable; transparency — deadlines, documents and company details published before the purchase, not after.
