Sale, two bedroom apartment, 70m², Ilino, Bar

I am selling two-bedroom apartments in a new building in Ilino, just 700 meters from the sea. There will be only 15 apartments in the building, and the number of floors is ground floor plus five. The building was built with all permits and the papers are clean 1/1. On the ground floor of the building there is an open parking lot with 17 parking spaces and the price is 13,000 euros per parking space.
The building will be completed in June of this year.
