I am renting a new house with a swimming pool in Bartula, right near the Primorke factory. The house has two floors and on the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet, bathroom and one bedroom. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. The house has three air conditioners and central wood heating. The plot is huge, 1000m2 and has a swimming pool and 5 parking spaces. Pets are not allowed inside the house, outside if they stay it’s okay.
The house is rented for the whole year and the price is 2500 euros per month plus bills. Payment is first rent, last rent plus deposit.
