In front of the house there is a large yard covered with vines and kiwi. and there is a garage. The house faces west and the terrace on the second floor has a view of Volica. The house is arranged as in the pictures.
Monthly rent is 700 euros plus utilities and to move in you need to pay the first and last rent plus a deposit.
