I am renting a one-bedroom house of 50m2 in Zupci in a closed complex with other villas that share a common outdoor pool. The house is small, modern and has its own private yard and greenery around the house. Next to the house there is a small church that is also available for use. The house has access to an outdoor pool that is used from the beginning of June to the end of September. The house can accommodate 6 people because both sofas are pull-out and in the bedroom there is a bunk bed as well as another extra bed that pulls out under them.
The house is rented throughout the year and the price is 800 euros per month including bills. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
