I am renting a Hotel in Nisice in Dobre Vode just 200 meters from the sea and the beach. The hotel is rented as in the pictures and is decorated in authentic Montenegrin stone. It has 2 garages and about 5 parking spaces inside the yard of the house. The hotel has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as one toilet in the main part. Also within the hotel there is an additional apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. The hotel has two huge terraces with a sea view, barbecue, fireplace and also exits into a cascading courtyard rich in beautiful vegetation.
The hotel is rented throughout the year and the price is 2500 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent, the last rent plus a deposit.
