Rent, two bedroom apartment, 78m², Dobrota, Kotor

I am renting a two-room apartment in Dobrota, behind the Hume Hotel. The apartment is located in a newer building that has a gym that tenants can use for an additional fee. The apartment is modernly decorated with a huge terrace that overlooks the mountains and has a small view of the bay. From the kitchen you can also see the bay as well. The building has an elevator, and there is always a parking space in front of the street as well. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge terrace and a living room with kitchen and dining room. The apartment already has built-in very strong fast internet.
If the apartment is rented from October 1st to June 1st, the price is 1000e per month plus bills. If it is issued over the whole year, the price is 1200e plus bills. Mandatory payment is first rent plus deposit.
