Rent, studio apartment, 20m², Pobrđe, Kotor

We are renting out a cozy wooden studio cabin at Pachamama Farm from (October 2026 to April 2027)

Our place is about one hectare and includes an old stone house and a few cozy wooden cabins where we host guests during the warmer months. During the quieter season (October to April), while we're mostly away from Montenegro, we rent out this 20 m² wooden studio cabin.

The cabin has everything you need for simple, comfortable living:

* Double bed

* Small kitchenette

* Private bathroom

* Small balcony

* Heating and air conditioning

It's a tiny studio, so there is no separate living room.

The property has a large garden, a greenhouse where you're welcome to grow your own winter vegetables, and free-range chickens that provide fresh eggs. We also have a friendly cat and dog who live outdoors and may keep you company.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Water is free, as it comes from our rainwater collection system.

* 2 km to the nearest village (Pobrdje)

* 4 km to Radanovići, where you'll find a bus stop, bakery, and mini market

* 6 km to the HDL supermarket

* Around 15 minutes from Kotor, Tivat, and Budva by car

Please note that having your own car is highly recommended, as public transport is limited. If you don't have one, you can also rent our community car.
