I am renting a furnished studio apartment for the whole year with a separate entrance, a garden, and a view of the garden and mountains.

The apartment is quiet and pleasant, with double-sided orientation to the east and northwest. It is divided into a living/sleeping area, a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine), and a bathroom with a shower. It has fast Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning, as well as natural cross-ventilation and geothermal air conditioning.

It is located on the ground floor of a smaller multi-family building with its own garden and parking, in Lazi, the quietest part of Budva. HDL and Idea supermarkets are a 5' walk away, and the beach is 15' away.

The apartment is rented for one year. The first rent, the last two, and a deposit are paid in advance. Bills and a parking space are not included.
