Rent, two bedroom apartment, 80m², Župci, Bar

I am renting out a two-bedroom apartment (60 m² plus a terrace) located on the ground floor of a family house in Zupci. The apartment includes access to a shared swimming pool, open from June through September. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a terrace, and a front yard. The apartment is modern and is being rented fully furnished, as shown in the photos.
Note: The master bedroom has been updated; the two single beds have been replaced with a single double bed.
The apartment is available for year-round rental at a rate of €700 per month plus utilities. Payment requires the first month’s rent plus a security deposit.
