Rent, two bedroom apartment, 65m², Ilino, Bar

I am renting a two-bedroom apartment of 65m² on the ground floor of a house in Ilino, just 300 meters from the sea. The house is located not far from the sea and near the Bjeli Golub bakery. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a kitchen and dining room as well as a large terrace in front of the apartment that opens onto a private yard that only this apartment uses. Inside the yard there is also a private parking space for this one. The apartment is rented furnished as in the pictures.
The apartment is rented throughout the year and the price is 450 euros per month plus bills.
Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
