The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has one large bedroom, a huge living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated and is being rented as shown in the pictures.
The apartment is being rented for 650 euros plus bills and the payment is the first rent plus a deposit. If the apartment is being rented for the whole year, the price is 750 euros + bills and a deposit.
