Rent, two bedroom apartment, 70m², Bar, Crna Gora

I am renting out a new, modern ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance and a large private yard, completely independent from the upper floor. The apartment has an interior area of 70 m² and a spacious private yard of 1,000 m². It is located in the rural area of Bar, in the Mrkojevići neighborhood, known for its beautiful scenery and excellent food. The owners of the upper floor visit perhaps once a year for a month, so for the most part, you have the entire house at your disposal, enjoying complete privacy and freedom.
The apartment is available for rent until the start of the tourist season; the price is €500 per month plus utilities. Payment requires the first month’s rent and a security deposit.
