I am renting a two-bedroom apartment of 75m2 in the center of Bar. The apartment is located in the very center in a building across the square in the heart of the business district. The building has two elevators and its own parking lot, surrounded by restaurants and shops and about 7.8 minutes walk from the marina complex and the city beach. The apartment is located on the sixth floor, facing east, has a large terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is rented unfurnished and looks like in the pictures.
Monthly rent is 500 euros plus monthly utilities. To move in, you need to pay the first rent plus a deposit.
