I am renting a modern one-bedroom apartment of 46m2 with a sea view in the Celuga settlement in Bar. The apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living room with a kitchen/dining room and a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, the sea and the sunset. The apartment is new and modernly furnished as in the pictures and no one has ever lived in it, so you would be the first. The appliances include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is rented throughout the year and the price is 450 euros including bills. Payment is the first rent, the last rent plus a deposit. The apartment also comes with a garage space with a mandatory payment of an additional 50 euros per month.
