Fully equipped villa with pool and direct view of the sea in a quiet and luxurious place Krimovica, Budva.
It is located only 350m from the sea, 2km from Trsteno beach and 8km from the center of Budva.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with luxurious furniture (sofas that move at the button, smart TV...), a fully equipped kitchen (complete dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine...), two bedrooms with sea view, two bathrooms and the stairs leading to the next floor.
On the next floor there are two modern bedrooms also with sea view and separate terraces (one bedroom has a mini kitchen), a bathroom and another large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea as well as the pool and courtyard in front of the entrance and the garage.
The yard is paved and extends around the entire villa. In front of the entrance there is a terrace with a swimming pool, sun beds, a swing and a table for several people. On the other side of the house there is also a stone grill, in the corner there is a hose that stretches along the entire yard. In front of the pool there is another terrace under which is a garage for 3-4 cars.
There are two storage rooms in the garage, the garage door opens/closes remotely.
The entire house is covered by video cameras and an alarm. There are external grills on all windows as well as internal blinds that are activated by a button (separate button for each room).
Budva is a coastal town located on the Adriatic coast. According to the latest census, it has 18,000 inhabitants. The biggest tourist attraction is Budva's Old Town surrounded by Venetian walls built in the 15th century. The architecture of the Old Town is mostly Roman style of the Venetian Republic. In the Old Town there is the Church of St. John, which dates back to the 7th century, and the Church of the Mother of God from 840. Numerous manifestations and music festivals are held in Budva - Song of the Mediterranean, Sea Dance Festival, Night of the Mediterranean, Gastro Festival, Day of the Broad, with performances by artists from around the world. The specialties of the local national cuisine are also an unavoidable experience. There are 35 beautiful sandy beaches in the municipality (eight of them have a prestigious international recognition for the quality of service - blue flag).
