Donji Štoj is a coastal settlement that stretches from Ulcinj to Ada Bojana parallel to Velika plaža. Due to the immediate vicinity of Velika plaža, the resort has a tourist character and is composed of hotels, luxury villas, cottages, and private houses, many of which are for sale at very reasonable prices given all the advantages they have. The first part of the Great Beach is divided into several commercial beaches such as Copacabana, Noki, Safari. The second part of the beach is suitable for surfing when the conditions are suitable.
