Ulcinj is a coastal town in the far southeast of Montenegro and the southern part of the Adriatic coast. Ulcinj has great potential for the development of all types of tourism. The healing properties of Ulcinj sand and mud, and sulfur mineral water make it a well-known destination for health tourism. It is also known for its olive groves. There are 88,000 olive trees in Ulcinj.
