Baošići, Herceg Novi, Crna Gora
Baošići is a small coastal village located 8 kilometers south of Herceg Novi, Tivat and Kotor. It is a wonderful village and a lesser known gem on the Montenegrin coast. It got its name in the middle of the 14th century from the reign of Tsar Dušan. About 1500 inhabitants of that settlement are exclusively engaged in fishing and tourism. Among the tourists from all over the world, it is known for the closing ceremony of the "Mimosa Festival". Real estate prices are stable despite the growing demand. Offers can be found from fisherman's houses, traditional stone family houses to modern apartments and modern villas.
