House for Sale, 150m2, Hladna Uvala, Bar

I'm selling my house, 60 meters away from the beach, exactly 1,5 minute walking distance. It is located in Kruce which is an extension of Hladna Uvala. We have our own small bay with a beach restaurant and stunning views.

It is a two-story 150 square meter house that has an additional 25 square meter terrace on the first floor and 2 balconies upstairs. The house is surrounded by the 400 square meters of land with tile lanes, English lawn, a hedge and a garden. It has a designated parking for at least 2 cars.

The house was built as a family house. It is very rare in Montenegro, as usually houses are structured as apartments for rent nested in one building. This makes it cozy and pleasant to live in. It has never been rented to anyone.
