I'm selling my house, exactly 1.5 minute walking distance from the beach. It is located in Kruce which is an extension of Hladna Uvala. We have our own small bay with a beach restaurant and stunning views.

It is a two-story 150 sq.m. house that has an additional 25 sq.m. terrace on the first floor and 2 balconies upstairs. The house was built as a family house. It is very rare in Montenegro, as usually houses are structured as apartments for rent nested in one building. It has never been rented to anyone.
